Hypothyroidism pregnancy tends to be a very rare case as those females who are suffering from hypothyroidism will not ovulate and thus their chances of conceiving are very low. But still, if hypothyroidism is undiagnosed during pregnancy then there could be severe effects like retardation to the fetus.
